I constantly think about the things I’d purchase if I were rich and/or famous. The most necessary features I’d want my home to offer: 1) Ozymandias’ television room from Watchmen. 2) Frank’s pool from Rocky Horror Picture Show (with Michelangelo’s The Creation of Adam at the bottom).

For those of you who have seen/read Watchmen, this is Ozymandias’ throne room. Basically a wall of TV’s in front of his Egyptian throne. In the book, he uses them to observe the world from a distance (global struggles, natural catastrophes, shifts in pop-culture, etc.). I want to someday buy a bunch of cheap, and/or low-def TV’s (perhaps from the 80’s) and recreate this. A brushed aluminum faceplate would be sharp…
